🎃 Halloween Meeting 👻 and Sandcastle Update

I believe it’s become a bit of a tradition for the last meeting of October to be “Halloween Themed”!
Thank you Doug, the host of our group music sessions, for always being a good sport and looking for an excuse to dress up ;).

A great Halloween meeting indeed! Lots of laughs, lots of sweets, and lots of song’s sung.
Sandcastle Ambassador Bonus: Our hope initially was to get pictures of everyone who helped over the Summer as Sandcastle Ambassadors, but everyone was too busy volunteering they forgot to take pictures! Lucky for us, Karen took a couple (see below). The event was a lot of fun, and we aim to help even more next year! That’s the sign of a successful event/fundraiser.

John (another valued new addition to the Board) also graciously accepted the cheque on OSRS’ behalf from the Parksville Beach Festival at City Hall earlier this month. Thank you kind sir!
